Epidemics, climate anomalies, and war have become part of our reality. It is a direct and painful impact on many. Someone is suffering indirectly, and some people will be affected over time. The world is a connected place.
For example, let’s take a war in Ukraine. Our country (I am writing this text from Kyiv, the capital ) is in the most difficult, catastrophic conditions.

People suffer, lose their homes and, most importantly, their lives. However, the Ukrainian army demonstrated heroism on the battlefield. Utilities promptly repair damaged infrastructure across the country. Ordinary residents of cities stoically overcome the difficulties of survival — rocket attacks, frequent lack of electricity, water, and heating.
Of course, without the support of Europe and the United States, everything would have been much more difficult. Thanks a lot for this.
And what’s happening in the rest of the world? The influx of refugees, economic consequences of sanctions, energy problems, inflation, rising prices, mass layoffs in the largest companies, etc. Well, somewhere in Africa, people die only because grain from Ukraine did not arrive on time.
As you can see, even the indirect consequences of the war are complex and global. Although, it is more of a consequence of accumulated world problems. And the situation in Ukraine acted as a catalyst for their active manifestation. The first domino…

We must admit that we live in a world where no one is immune to anything. Anything can happen anywhere, anytime, and to anyone.
Can we somehow influence this state of affairs in the world? Maybe. But where is the guarantee that our aspirations to “make the world a better place” will not lead to even more severe consequences?
We have the only 100% win-win option — to become stronger and freer, and then to learn to no longer depend on “surprises” in this world. This will allow us to feel calm and confident, no matter what. Thanks to this, we can even increase our efficiency in any activity. And this pushes us to innovate in various areas of life.
How to do it?
World problems, crises, and their consequences affect all spheres of our lives. To cope with all of this, we need a fundamental and systematic solution. I offer you exactly that. This is a new concept of lifestyle — EvolutClass. Let’s analyze it in comparison with the things we already know.

Premium class & EvolutClass
Usually, we use economy, business, premium, and VIP class standards to indicate the level of quality. External quality of things, the environment, services, etc. EvolutClass already measures internal quality. Unfortunately, external quality does not guarantee internal quality. As well as vice versa. Both are significant.
Internal quality primarily means the quality of internal states, skills, and abilities. Everything that allows us to overcome any external disaster calmly, confidently, and with dignity.
Meta-skills will help us with this. For example, such as managing your health, condition, motivation, planning skills, learning new things quickly, finding the right solutions, and acting effectively. And, most importantly, all this in conditions of uncertainty, chaos, and change.
Of course, modern technologies also help us with this. But when interacting with them, it is also necessary to develop specific skills. For example, to be able to use information technologies in such a way as not to become dependent on them. This is not to let them use us, and not to let them absorb our lives. In other words, you should rely on them, but you should also not lose your internal support.
Masterclass & EvolutClass
A masterclass is one of the most common forms of training. EvolutClass is also a training format, but more like a marathon.
Why a marathon? It takes a certain amount of time to master any skill, especially several meta-skills at once. In addition, at first, almost all of us need frequent reminders, support, and motivation.

Homo sapiens & EvolutClass
As you know, our species is called Homo sapiens — a «reasonable person». Although, judging by what is happening in our world, this is not a fact at all :). Is Homo sapiens the limit of our evolution? I think not.
Everyone who also thinks and who seeks to fully unlock the entire human potential can conditionally assign themselves to a certain group or even a new class of people — EvolutClass. This unification may lead to the evolution of our species, for example, to homo infinitus.
We can say that current and future challenges are pushing us to evolve further. Because for a worthy overcoming of future problems, it most likely will not be enough only neuropsychological changes. Perhaps a neurobiological transformation of a person is required, which is evolution.
For example, we can come to the development (or activation) of the following functions and properties of our body:
- Easy to tolerate cold and heat, as well as abrupt changes in weather and climate.
- Do not depend on the environment, air, and any other harmful environmental conditions.
- Become invulnerable and resistant to viruses or bacteria.
- …
Does it look like a fantasy? Yes, perhaps something can come out of it, but something can’t. But that’s not a reason to not try. Especially since there are already people on our planet who cannot eat, sleep, not grow old, suffer from the cold, not get infected, or quickly cope with viral diseases.
This means that the biology of our species, under certain conditions, can already switch to this mode of life. And it means that every (or almost every) person is capable of it. It’s only about the development of appropriate evolutionary psychotechnologies…
So, where to start?
To approach the EvolutClass, we need to introduce three rules into our lifestyle:
- Take on the challenges
- Focus on development
- Hold the direction
1. Take on the challenges
If we accept any unpleasant situation or circumstance as our challenge, we immediately shift from the weak “victim’s position” to the powerful “position of the host”. It gives us feelings of strength, calm, and control.
Usually, the first thing we do when something unpleasant happens is to protest. Perhaps we get irritated, angry, or complain, and then, one way or another, obey the new order of things.
Of course, if a particular person “spoils your life”, it is pretty normal to try to defend your rights and interests.
But even this is not always under our control. Not to mention those situations where there is no exact culprit.
In any case, the problem is that when we protest at the level of thoughts and words, we lose a lot of effort that could be used for constructive action. By ceasing to protest, you automatically retain your strength. And it gives you a big advantage. While others continue to complain, you are already working on new opportunities in changing conditions.
For example, we have a “post-apocalypse rehearsal” that is, there is no light, heating, and water in our city for many hours in a row. And no sense to protest. We just take it all as a challenge. And it turns out that we can live in these conditions. Remember this example when you will have some minor troubles.
Therefore, whenever something unpleasantly changes, instead of protest, indignation, or threats it’s better to do something like this. “Yeah, the rules have changed, what was, I fully accept the new conditions, new rules of the game. What’s next?” In other words, you accept the new situation and the changed conditions as if they were always there.
In this way, you gain a new sense of self-confidence and discover new solutions and possibilities. And most importantly, you have the strength and energy to get the most out of all this.
2. Focus on development
To get out of a difficult situation, we usually have two strategies — to focus on survival or development. The development strategy is more effective and profitable. Since by itself, it guarantees our survival — «if we aim at Mars, then we will definitely reach the Moon».
Development primarily involves the extraction of new knowledge and skills. At the same time, the goal is not to adapt somehow, but to learn something new. Something that will help us to overcome these and similar obstacles relatively easily in the future. So, development is more about anticipating change than reacting to it.
And finally, such big goals as development give courage, excitement, and additional energy. And therefore, against the background of a large goal, small difficulties such as adaptation are solved much easier.
For example, in addition to the blackout, people are losing their jobs, but prices are continually rising. Under these conditions, I could continue to consult and train others more often, but for cheaper. Or look for ways to make extra money. Nevertheless, I go out to the English-speaking space with my proposals. This forces me to learn new knowledge and skills — language, product promotion in a new environment, etc.
So, with each fairly serious change, I suggest you make a conscious choice: “Can I just somehow adapt to it or can I try to learn new skills from this situation for the future?” I’m sure you’ll choose the second option. The main thing is not to forget that it exists.
If we focus on development, then any difficult situations and circumstances help us develop more effectively. Isn’t it great?
3. Hold the direction
Usually, either some difficult situation absorbs us into itself, or we use the situation to our benefit. In other words, we incorporate it into our movement and our life process.
Without a clear direction, the external environment smears us. Constantly takes our attention and energy. This is especially noticeable when something unpleasant happens.
A vector of movement can represent our aspirations to achieve something important for us. It is not so significant that this is a global goal or a current life task. The main thing is that we realize and feel the presence of a clear direction at every moment of our life.
Sustainable direction is one of our “pillars of constancy” during an uncertain time. At the same time, following your path does not mean being tough. It’s more like a river that somehow flows into the sea.
If you have a direction, almost any external obstacle can become your friend, even speeding up your movement. For example, I have always sought increased freedom, including independence from food, cold, etc. And now I use the blackout situation in my interests — for deep meditations and training in an accelerated program.
So, in any difficult situation or under adverse circumstances, I suggest you ask yourself: “How can I fit this situation into my direction? How can I use it to my advantage?” If you wish, you will always find the answer.
If you can involve everything you do in your movement, then you don’t care what’s going on. You’re just moving calmly and confidently towards your goal. And nothing can stop or slow you down anymore…

These three changes in our lifestyle are enough to lay the foundations for overcoming all future challenges. You can do it all by yourself. Or I would be happy to work on it together and then move on to EvolutClass.
